A stunning black sheer blouse over top jacket, it has applique beaded embroidered details, diamante buttons to the front except for the manderin collar which has 2 black buttons, small diamantes scattered about, an ornate scalloped hemline and big removable shoulder pads, the material looks like organza/voil.
