Vintage black steampunk goth crinkle pleat lace noisy long skirt half slip petticoat.  A gorgeous black shiny noisy skirt half slip, it is fully pleated with a deep sheer lace panel near the bottom, It also has an elasticated waist band with belt loops to add a belt if wished (no belt included).
